Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Visa Calendar on visacalendar.com and to its connector for AI assistants at mcp.visacalendar.com (also reachable as mcp.visacalendar.com). By using them you accept these terms.

1. Provider

2. The service

The tools are free of charge, require no account and can be used without registration. We may change, extend or discontinue tools at any time; there is no entitlement to availability.

3. No legal advice

The results are calculated automatically from the data you enter and are for guidance only. They are not legal advice and are not binding for any authority. For binding information, contact the competent authorities (for the Schengen rule, for example, the European Commission short-stay calculator). Entry decisions are made by border officials.

4. Use via AI assistants

If you use a tool through an AI assistant (for example Claude or ChatGPT), the assistant decides which data it sends to our connector and how it presents the result. We are not responsible for the assistant’s interpretation or wording. The terms and privacy policy of the assistant’s provider also apply.

5. Fair use

Do not use the tools in a way that impairs their operation, for example by automated mass requests, attempts to bypass security measures or to access systems without authorisation.

6. Liability

We provide the tools with care but without guarantee of correctness, completeness or availability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual property

Texts, design and code of visacalendar.com are protected by copyright. You may use and share the results of the tools freely, for example via the share links.

8. Privacy

How we process data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the version published here applies. Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence remain unaffected.
